Altan and Atalay have always been keen to be get involved with the business, and the time that they spent working at Istanbul meats during their study breaks have given them both an excellent knowledge of every aspect of the company.
Both sons began working at the firm in their teens helping out on the production line, learning the families secret recipe for the perfect kebab meat product and how to blend ingredients to match the exacting requirement of our customers, while their time in the logistical areas of the business have given them a good grounding in the importance of meeting tight delivery schedules and maintaining consistent quality.
Altan, has a particular passion for customer relations and best practice that he believes will make it possible to consistently exceed customer expectations both now and in the future.
Atalay, who recently graduated from the University of Sunderland with a BA Honors Degree in business management, believes the combination of years of experience and solid business education will stand him in good stead as he prepares, with his brother, to meet the challenge of our ambitious growth aspirations.
