In recent months we have received a number of enquiries for a lighter coloured doner kebab. We’re not sure what is driving this demand, but we always want to give our customers what they want, so we’ve risen to the challenge of designing a kebab to meet their needs.
Our kebab experts have been hard at work in our in house test Kitchen and the result is the Altin, a delicious kebab with a considerably lighter colour than our existing range. With a very high meat, the Altin has been really well received by kebab shop owners everywhere.
The Altin range includes Lamb or Beef (both with chicken) and for those who like a bit more spice, we have developed the Altin Hot with added green chilies for extra kick.
